The center perched on a rocky ridge, sees to his left a wonderful natural creek, where once was used for docking of the Republic Marinara. The country is supervised by an 'impressive Saracen tower erected in the sixteenth century, located on the small promontory that separates the small beach where dall'insenatura at the headquarters of the Emerald Cave.

The wonderful bay of Conca holds two jewels: the picturesque promontory above, the head of Conca, which dominates the event and a solitary guard tower, built in the sixteenth century, to witness the terrible pirate invasions, and the Emerald Cave magnificent, unique in beauty its kind, so called because the sea within it takes an intense and evocative tone emerald, produced by sunlight that filtered in from a hole below sea level. Conca dei Marini is surrounded by a lush garden, among the olive trees, citrus and beans, dozens of white houses climb along the ridge, where found the church of St. Anthony, with the bell tower in majolica, while down, the current highway 163, the other church, the San Pancrazio, seems to watch the path of the sun, from sunrise to sunset.

The local tradition has it that during the eighteenth century, in the Convent of Santa Rosa, located on the highest of Conca dei Marini, was known invented the Neapolitan cake "sfogliatella the" sort by patient hands of the pie nuns of the convent.
