TOURS AND ACTIVITIES
All our tours and activities with immediate availability are considered confirmed at the time of purchase.
Shared Tours and Activities
Departures for all shared tours and activities will be guaranteed once the minimum number of participants is reached.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the organization reserves the right to cancel the reservation up to 24 hours before the departure date.
Furthermore, in order to maintain a high level of quality and your safety, in the event of adverse weather conditions, management may decide to cancel the departure.
If the organization decides to cancel the tour for one of the reasons listed above, you can choose between:
– Alternative date
– Refund with crediting of the fees paid
– Refund with a voucher valid for one year and the amount paid plus an additional value of 10%, usable for any of our Tours or Activities.

PAYMENT TERMS AND COMMISSIONS
To confirm the service, payment for online bookings is always 100% upon confirmation.
Different payment terms are available upon request by sending an email to tour@salernoincoming.it
For each completed transaction, the partner will earn the established commission.
The partner can choose to:
– send the invoice and collect the amount due
– accumulate the amounts to receive periodic payments
– convert the amount into a Credit Voucher to be used for subsequent purchases.

Upon receipt of the invoice for the commission due, payment will be issued within 14 business days.

○ CANCELLATION POLICY
After confirmation, you can request a cancellation with the following penalties:
• CANCELLATIONS
– 0% penalty for cancellations made within 8 days
– 50% penalty for cancellations made from 7 to 3 days
– 100% penalty for cancellations made within 2 days
• NO SHOWS
– 100% penalty
• CHANGES
◘ Date Change
– A date change may be requested only once from the date of purchase within 7 days of the departure date.
◘ Name Change
– A change in the name of the booking holder may be requested without limits up to 2 days before the departure date.
– A change in the names of passengers may be requested without limits up to 3 days before the departure date.
◘ Change of Number of Guests
– For shared tours, an increase in the number of participants is possible with prior notice. Availability
– For shared tours, a reduction in the number of participants is equivalent to a cancellation (see Cancellation Policy).

○ GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers/vouchers are valid for use within one year of issuance of the purchased service for amounts equal to or less than the voucher value.
The value of the gift voucher/voucher must be entered on the payment page and will be deducted when purchasing the chosen service, along with the relevant date and time.
If the amount of the chosen service is greater than the value of the gift voucher/voucher, the difference must be paid by credit card directly at the time of purchase.
Gift vouchers/vouchers are valid for one calendar year (365 days) from the date of issue (e.g., January 1, 2020 / January 1, 2021). After their expiration, they cannot be extended or refunded.
Once issued, the value of gift vouchers/vouchers cannot be cashed.
